2019 DECLARATION OF NON-FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE OF THE DESCOURS & CABAUD GROUP 13 A SAFE WORKING ENVIRONMENT DESCOURS & CABAUD does its utmost to safeguard and physically protect every employee and customer at its sites. Preventive measures have been enhanced: raising awareness among the Group's Top Management through systematic "Safety" briefing sessions during Executive Committee meetings, creation of a training programme for local managers, deployment of operational tools to ensure safety on a daily basis, and coordination of a network of nearly 100 "Safety & Environment" correspondents.
