Upstream, we have been raising awareness among suppliers since 2020, so that they reduce their product packaging. Downstream, from 2019 we have undertaken a number of initiatives regarding deliveries from our platforms, including the delivery of stock to branches in reusable crates to replace the previous cardboard and plastic film. This process has been tested for some major customers. ENVIRONMENT • Vehicle fuel consumption (France) in 2021 up 11.52% (down 6.21% compared to 2019); • The annual cumulative electricity consumption of the Group's data centres has steadily fallen by 63% since 2012. In addition, our branches in France are involved in a recovery approach, with the aim of recycling or recovering 80% of waste. In 2021, the rate reached 90% (91% in 2020). The target is maintained at 90% in 2022.
