43 2021 DECLARAT ION OF NON-F INANCIAL PERFORMANCE DESCOURS & CABAUD CONCLUSION AND PROSPECTS The form of the 2021 version of the DESCOURS & CABAUD Declaration of Non-Financial Performance has changed and includes a broader scope for many indicators, which better reflects the Group's global activity. The mapping of the phenomenon has nevertheless been started again from zero, and has been subject to a new evaluation with each “owner” of risk. New perspectives on CSR issues for the Group are being formalised on the proposal of a working group set up in 2021. All the Company’s functions are involved, and the 2022 Declaration of Non-Financial Performance will be a testimony to this. This Declaration of Non-Financial Performance has been approved by Saint Front, an independent third-party organisation.
