/ KEY INDICATOR A Risk Committee and an Ethics Committee are responsible for managing this risk and the associated issues. Our aim is to train at least 90% of the sales staff and their managers. NB: The training is considered to be “validated” on condition that a minimum rate of correct answers of 80% is obtained. If the rate of correct answers is lower, the trainee must repeat the entire course. In 2021, the e-learning rate in France was 88.3%. Internationally, the figure was 47.6%, with the course starting in October. In 2022, the training rate for all countries for e-learning was 89.2%. In 2023, the average Group-wide training rate for the anticorruption e-learning module was 85.3%, down on the previous year. This change is mainly due to the pace of our reminder campaigns to our employees, as part of the anticorruption training module: the 85.3% rate was established shortly before a reminder cycle; the result therefore did not benefit from the reminder effort and the resulting increase in the rate.
