D&C DNFP 2023

/ KEY INDICATOR Designed and approved by various experts in the fields concerned, the quizzes enable training content to be adjusted according to the initial 'maturity' level of the trainees being trained. Since 2022, quizzes have been used both for the initial assessment of the technical knowledge of employees entering a course and for assessing the level of assimilation of training by trainees leaving the course. The downward trend in scores compared with previous years can be explained by: • Quizzes used only at the end of courses before 2022; • The profile of employees trained in 2023 is more generalist and less technical; • More training courses dedicated to new product ranges; In 2023, the score for the training quizzes averaged 60.5%. As this indicator is not the best reflection of training effectiveness, a new tool is being deployed to identify a more relevant indicator: as a result, there is no longer any associated target figure. Percentage (France) of correct answers to technical quizzes: Target set 75% 50% 45% 55% 60% 65% 70% 75% 80% 90% 85% 2020 2022 2023 2021 68.8% 65.2% 60.5% 71% Finally, our Campus training scheme (sales school) is being strengthened with the organisation of four sessions a year for the PROLIANS brand and one session a year for the HYDRALIANS brand. The campus is aimed at new hires with sales potential and an appetite for “product technology”. Campus training takes place in the shop over a nine-month period, which allows trainees to put into practice what they have learned at Tech'Up. The in-store experience is a vitally important and fundamental part of a career in sales. Senior management decided in 2022 to create the position of Talent Development Director.
