Our aim is to train at least 90% of the sales staff and their managers. NB: The training is considered to be “validated” on condition that a minimum rate of correct answers of 80% is obtained. If the rate of correct answers is lower, the trainee must repeat the entire course. Only employees who have completed and validated their training program are considered as trained. Between 2023 and 2024, the training rate among the targeted workforce increased by approximately 5%, reaching the target of 90%. This improvement is the result of a follow-up campaign conducted at the end of 2023 to encourage completion of the training module.
