The service provider offering food services on the sites concerned pursues a policy along these lines. The fight against food insecurity This indicator is also considered irrelevant Animal welfare This indicator is also considered irrelevant Respect for responsible, fair and sustainable food This indicator is also considered irrelevant Collective agreements signed in the company and their impacts on the company's economic performance and on working conditions COLLECTIVE AGREEMENTS: Only 8 Group subsidiaries have signed collective agreements. • Mandatory annual negotiation • Agreements on gender equality. The new law will provide clarifications that will enable an assessment to be produced. Actions aimed at fighting discrimination and promoting diversity DESCOURS & CABAUD seeks to promote diversity in its workforce, not least with a view to improving the performance of its teams. The Group also strives to guarantee equal opportunities by offering each employee the means to develop their skills. Measures taken in favour of the disabled DESCOURS & CABAUD is more particularly committed to integrating people with disabilities, who made up 3.72% of the workforce in 2018. It has taken numerous actions to achieve this goal: - Direct recruitment - The use of ESATs (places of assisted employment for handicapped people) as subcontractors. In 2018, this policy enabled the equivalent of 16.8 full-time equivalents to be employed for the upkeep of parks and gardens, cleaning, printing documents, etc. “MOBILI +” range: The Group offers a range of products designed for comfort, affordability and safety that make the everyday lives of the disabled easier. No fewer than 948 product references have been highlighted in a dedicated catalogue.
