SCOPE OF THE DECLARATION OF NON-FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE CONCLUSION AND PROSPECTS This Declaration of Non-Financial Performance (DPEF) covers all the French sites of the DESCOURS & CABAUD group's scope of consolidation. The European subsidiaries (outside France) and North-American subsidiaries are not included. Although its scope is not yet international, it will be progressively extended as and when the necessary tools are developed. This report will include increasingly consolidated indicators encompassing the Group in its entirety. The environment in which the DESCOURS & CABAUD Group operates is undergoing sweeping changes: market consolidation, the Industry 4.0 revolution and digitalisation are concrete examples thereof. In parallel, the Group is transforming itself profoundly: a new visual identity is seeing the light, dynamic external growth and collaborative work methods illustrate this transformation. Through its longevity, DESCOURS & CABAUD, which will celebrate its 237 th anniversary in 2019, demonstrates its adaptability and the sustainability of its business. Spurred on by its achievements, know-how and growth plan, the Group is well equipped to approach the future with confidence. CSR was “formally defined” in the Positive Programme in 2013, but the Group internalised its fundamental principles since its beginnings.
