2020 DECLARATION OF NON-FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE OF THE DESCOURS & CABAUD GROUP 15 A SAFE WORKING ENVIRONMENT DESCOURS & CABAUD does its utmost to provide a safe environment and to physically protect every employee and customer at all its work sites. Preventive measures have been enhanced, including a process of raising awareness among the Group's top management through systematic safety briefing sessions during Executive Committee meetings, the creation of a training programme for local managers, the deployment of operational tools to ensure safety on a daily basis, and the establishment of a network of nearly 100 "Safety & Environment" correspondents.
