2020 DECLARATION OF NON-FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE OF THE DESCOURS & CABAUD GROUP 23 Key performance indicators: This regular monitoring of the progress made with all the integration processes is monitored once every six months, in order to verify the degree of integration achieved for each of the company's functions and for each of the specific factors concerning the acquisition of the company. The degree of integration is compared with the strategic intention of the acquisition. This degree of integration can vary according to the integrated companies and may give rise to specific action plans aimed at guaranteeing the desired level of integration. This indicator concerns the companies acquired before the end of December 2019. The aim is to ensure that all the companies acquired achieve integration within the 12 months following their joining the Group. Since certain synergies may take longer to put in place (integration into a logistics platform, for example), our aim is to attain a percentage of integration higher than 80% within the 12 months following the company’s entry into the Group.
