2020 DECLARATION OF NON-FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE OF THE DESCOURS & CABAUD GROUP 42 MEANS OF MONITORING The elements of measurement are monitored by the various different services in charge of these operational domains: Information Systems Division, Investment Division, QHSE Division, Purchasing Division, Marketing Division. The reviewing of these indicators and their consolidation are ensured annually by the QHSE Unit. • To restrict the consumption of paper. • To restrict the production of packaging and encourage the purchase of paper and packaging derived from recycling or from forests managed according to responsible and sustainable criteria (PEFC and FSC labels). • To include a responsible selection in each range of the commercial offer. • To source purchases as evaluated by CSR standards. • To guarantee for all customers permanent access to the safety data for hazardous products that have been marketed. • To publicise positive initiatives to customers and to all stakeholders. • To rationalise our actions and our logistic means. Key performance indicators: The indicators concern the percentage of the fleet of heavy vehicles replaced per year by vehicles that are new so as to increase our fleet with the least polluting standards (Euro 5 and 6) and the changes in vehicles’ fuel consumption in percentage points.
