2020 DECLARATION OF NON-FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE OF THE DESCOURS & CABAUD GROUP 47 Collective agreements signed in the company and their impacts on the company's economic performance and on working conditions Approximately ten Group subsidiaries are concerned by legal obligations in terms of obligatory annual negotiations. In this context, every year social partners are summonsed. Reports confirming agreements or disagreements are concluded at the end of these negotiations. In 2020, a subsidiary signed an agreement concerning the right to de-connect. Also in 2020, eight subsidiaries signed a new agreement concerning the organisation of working hours, putting in place a system of daily flat fees or annualisation, thus enabling the employees concerned to benefit from a number of additional rest days per year. • Actions aimed at fighting discrimination and promoting diversity Guaranteeing equality of opportunities and favouring diversity are levers that combine moral ethics and effective performance, which constitute major challenges for the Group. DESCOURS & CABAUD encourages diversity in its workforce, particularly with a view to improving the performance of its teams. The Group also strives to guarantee equal opportunities by offering each employee the means to develop their skills. • Measures taken to help disabled people DESCOURS & CABAUD is continuing its commitment to the integration into the working world of people with a disability. Such individuals represented 3.26% of the workforce in 2019. The Group uses different methods giving the following results: • The direct recruitment of employees with disabilities • The adapting of work stations for employees so as to keep them in employment. To this end a wide-ranging internal campaign was waged in 2020 to encourage employees to declare their disabilities so as to overcome prejudices. Certain illnesses can indeed by recognised as a disability, so that encouraging them to declare their situation can in fact help overcome certain prejudices. This campaign led to the appearance of the following slogans: - Did you know that diabetes can be recognised as a disability? - Did you know that lumbago can be recognised as an invisible disability? • DESCOURS & CABAUD maintains its collaboration withESATcentres, aFrenchnetworkof establishments providing work for disabled people, for activities related to the upkeep of open spaces, cleaning, the printing of documents, etc. In 2019, this formula gave employment for 27.7 FTE (full time equivalent) posts. Bearing in mind the changes to the tax declaration system and its postponement to 31 May 2021 via the DSN system, the data will only be known after that date.
