Our customers operate in industry and the construction sector and include industrial manufacturers, independent tradespeople, service companies, public administrations and local authorities. With this in mind, we ensure that we: • Select the best suppliers; • Provide our customers with products made by recognised manufacturers; • Maintain sufficient stock levels to offer the best service; • Provide an ultra-efficient logistical chain for supplies and deliveries; • Give our customers advice about the choice and use of our products; • Keep them informed of new products and innovations. Distribution is organised around three trading brands: PROLIANS, our customers’ partner for the construction sectors: Expert in all aspects of construction, we support more than 200 trades in this sector daily via the most comprehensive offering of supplies in the market, backed by numerous services that facilitate and simplify the activity of our trade customers. We thus defend and support the know-how of construction professionals. The building sector is experiencing major changes, including the arrival of new technical, legal and environmental standards, the development of connected objects and smart buildings. 2.
