Il assure une bonne étanchéité et un verrouillage visible d’un simple coup d’œil. Il nécessite un nez spécial assurant un double verrouillage de la tige après sertissage. Rivet HIGHLOCK permet une large déformation en face arrière de l’application, limitant la fissuration du support lors du sertissage. Il est doté d’une haute résistance à la traction et au cisaillement, d’une très bonne résistance aux vibrations et d’un bon verrouillage de la tige assuré par un crantage sur le clou. HIGHLOCK RIVET permit a large blind side bearing area against the rear sheet limiting the fissuring of the support during the setting. It has a high shear & tensile strength and a good vibrations resistance, and a good stem locking thanks to a knurled mandrel. Ideal for thin sheet materials.
